Sam is originally from Murfreesboro, but has made Manchester his home for over 20 years. He was one of the first employees when Barrett Construction was formed in 1991. He pursued other interest for a few years but came back 10 years ago as our project manager / estimator. Sam is responsible for estimating jobs and working closely with customers on details of their projects. Sam has two children, Adam and Katie. Adam lives in Manchester and works at NHK in Murfreesboro. He has three children, daughters Kaleigh and Marley, and son Holden. Katie lives in Murfreesboro and is the Director of Marketing at Northside Health Care.
